If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you are able to return your item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement.
To return Jigsaw Puzzles only, please click on the link below to generate a Royal Mail returns label - Royal Mail Returns
For all other products the customer is responsible for organising and paying for the return of the item/s themselves.
(This service is only available in the UK)
Please note this does not apply to personalised products which are non-refundable.
